TODD MITCHELL

Todd has focused the last 16 of his 20-year IT industry career on helping small businesses identify and implement technology solutions to strategically boost their business. Working in the trenches of small business IT, it became evident to Todd that there was a large void of cybersecurity solutions that were effective and approachable in the small to midsize market, despite the rapid increase in the need for such services. Dissatisfied with pushing the proverbial square peg of small business through the round hole of security solutions, Todd conveys a realistic perspective to the Ihloom product suite and a solution-oriented approach when working with clients.

Todd is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Technology. When he is not keeping the small business world safe and secure, Todd enjoys the crazy family schedule of 3 young kids, while still finding time to smoke a brisket and enjoy a cold IPA.
